Privacy Policy
Prime Pay BD operates mraiprime.shop, the payment processing environment at pay.mraiprime.shop, and the Prime Pay BD Android application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you.
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Prime Pay BD, we may collect account and identity information such as your name, email address, phone number, business information, login identifiers, and information you submit while creating or managing an account.
When you use payment, invoice, or API features, we may process transaction and operational information such as invoice identifiers, transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, timestamps, merchant configuration, webhook or callback status, API activity, and fraud or security signals. Payment credentials belonging to a third-party wallet, bank, or payment provider are handled according to that provider's systems and terms; do not submit secrets in an ordinary support message.
We automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, operating-system version, approximate request time, error information, and security logs. We use this information to operate the service, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and improve reliability.
2. Android Application and SMS-Related Processing
The Prime Pay BD Android application is designed to communicate only with the Prime Pay BD payment API at pay.mraiprime.shop/api/v1. Where enabled and permitted by the Android operating system, the app may process incoming payment-notification SMS content or payment-event signals that are necessary for transaction verification. The app is not designed to send SMS messages, read contacts, access location, or use the camera for payment verification.
The app uses an Android Keystore device identity, signed requests, short-lived access tokens, a protected local event queue, and background scheduling to submit only the payment-event information required by the service. You can deny or revoke operating-system permissions, but some verification features may then be unavailable.
3. Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, Prime Pay BD may process a device notification token, device status, and delivery-related metadata through Firebase Cloud Messaging. Notifications are initiated from the authenticated Prime Pay BD administration system. Notification delivery depends on device settings, network availability, operating-system restrictions, and Firebase delivery behavior; a notification is not a guarantee that a payment was completed.
4. How We Use Information
- To create and maintain accounts and provide payment, invoice, API, and support features.
- To authenticate requests, bind approved devices to the Prime Pay BD tenant, verify events, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions.
- To send service, security, device-status, and transaction-related notifications when enabled.
- To troubleshoot errors, monitor availability, enforce rate limits, and protect the service and its users.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and respond to lawful requests.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, or deliver the service, including payment and infrastructure providers, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push delivery, email or notification providers when used, and professional or legal advisers. Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their contracted purpose. We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a lawful business transfer.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use session cookies, security cookies, and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, CSRF protection, preferences, and service operation. Disabling required cookies may prevent sign-in or other protected functions from working correctly.
7. Retention
We retain account, transaction, audit, and security information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet accounting or legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods can vary according to the type of record and the applicable obligation.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access control, authenticated administration, protected server-side credentials, token expiry, device-key binding, event de-duplication, rate limiting, and security logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your password and API credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Your Choices and Requests
You may request correction of inaccurate account information, ask about information associated with your account, disable app notifications through your device settings, and request account closure subject to transaction, fraud-prevention, and legal-retention requirements. Requests should be made from the registered account email so that we can verify authority.
10. Children
Prime Pay BD is intended for businesses and users who are legally able to use payment-related services. It is not directed to children. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are not legally permitted to use the service.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website or payment flow may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Prime Pay BD is not responsible for third-party content or processing outside our service.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, law, or security practices change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after an update means that you acknowledge the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
13. Contact
